Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to residents aged 18 years or over who subscribe (or are current subscribers) to the Australian Cycle Tours e-newsletter during the promotional period. The voucher must be used on one tour only departing between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027. The prize does not include flights. The voucher may be used for a maximum of two people sharing twin accommodation. Any remaining value cannot be redeemed for cash or used towards a second tour. Entries close at midnight AEST on 7/12/2026. The prize will be announced in December 2026 via the Australian Cycle Tours newsletter, website and social media channels. Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who subscribe to the Australian Cycle Tours e-newsletter during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agents are ineligible.

3. To enter, entrants must subscribe to the Australian Cycle Tours e-newsletter at www.australiancycletours.com.au.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Promotion commences on 11/02/2026 and entries close at 12.00pm AEST on 7/12/2026. The draw will take place on 08/12/26 at 11.00am AEST.

7. The prize consists of one Australian Cycle Tours cycle tour voucher valued at a maximum of $2,000 AUD, redeemable on one tour in 2027 for up to two travellers in twin-share accommodation.

8. Travel must be completed between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027 and is subject to availability.

9. Prize redemption must be made directly with Australian Cycle Tours and requires completion of all booking documentation.

10. The prize excludes flights, visas, travel insurance and all ancillary costs not outlined in the trip notes.

11. The prize winner is responsible for all personal expenses.

12. The prize winner agrees to provide one blog article and a minimum of five images for Australian Cycle Tours' marketing use.

13. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

14. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize if necessary.

16. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted if required.

17. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from acceptance of the prize.
