Sea To Kosciuszko Cycle Trip Reviews

If you're looking for an exceptional self-guided cycling tour, look no further than the popular Sea to Kosciuszko Cycle Trip in NSW. We have received very kind reviews about this bike trip that the entire Australian Cycle Tours team greatly appreciates.

It's no surprise that the Sea to Kosciuszko cycle is so highly rated. You'll discover some of Australia's prettiest scenery as you pedal from the glittering Sapphire Coast, along picturesque farmlands, before reaching the highest point in the land atop the Snowy Mountains.  Plus, we now offer trips in the reverse direction (from Kosciuszko to Tathra) if the idea of a long descent is more appealing.

Course was great. Not too hard or too easy. Easy to navigate. Generally safe course

A very pleasant tour through great countryside with a challenging destination. The accomodation was well chosen with thoughtful variety and the hosts were invariably helpful. Being over 70 but still enthusiastic bike riders we decided to rent electric bikes which reduced the effort considerably and allowed us to cope on a day of atrocious weather. The bikes supplied were of high quality with sufficient battery capacity.

This is a challenging cycle as described however finishing the trip does provide a sense of achievement. The support was excellent with luggage being moved seamlessly from one stop to another. The Old School B & B is the highlight of the accommodation. I recommend on the last day - optional cycle on day 6 - transfer to Charlotte's Pass then cycle to Rawson Pass and walk to the top of Kosciuszko then ride all the way back to Jindabyne.

Kosciuszko to Sea Cycle Trip Reviews

And this is what travellers are saying about the downhill route from Kosciuszko to the Sapphire Coast.

Thanks guys for coordinating our cycle trip. We loved the lesser travelled paths that you led us on. The different styles of accommodation were all excellent, from the motel by the lake to the glorious B&B in remote farm country. Our bags were always there waiting for us. Cycling is a great way to experience our beautiful country from the top of Kosciuszko to the sea. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Wasnt sure i could do this cycle trip - rolling into Tathra at the end was a euphoric moment. A great itinerary with lots of different scenery. The hills can't be underestimated - at some points would have liked to be on an e-bike! Loved the range of accommodation from country guesthouses, cottages and Tathra hotel at the end. Recommend portable charger to power your phone. The app worked well.
